Rules, Release and Authorization for Snap-on Great Garages™ Submissions
I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by SNAP-ON INCORPORATED and all of its directly and indirectly owned subsidiaries (Snap-on) of the photographic and/or video materials that I have submitted in conjunction with Snap-on Great Garages™ (the “Images”) for any purpose whatsoever. It is my understanding that Snap-on intends to and will rely on this consent and authorization by me. I have voluntarily submitted the Images to Snap-on without any expectation of monetary compensation. I acknowledge that the Images may be used by Snap-on to its advantage including in advertising or promotional materials or other commercial, profitable uses. I agree that all uses will be at the sole discretion of Snap-on. I have not been, and do not expect to be, paid for any participation with Snap-on. I hereby release Snap-on (including it associates, employees, agents and representatives) from all claims, suits or demands for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, appropriation of right of publicity, copyright infringement, compensation or any other claim based upon Snap-on’s use of the Images. I certify that I am the sole owner of all rights relating to the Images, that I have the right to provide this Release and Authorization, and that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age. Whether or not my property is selected will be at the sole discretion of Snap-on. I understand that I will be required to sign such further release and consent as may be required by Snap-on before I may be selected for Snap-on Great Garages™. All information submitted will be collected and shared with our operations in the United States of America and with those performing services on our behalf located in the United States of America. The information collected will be used by us and those performing services on our behalf, to process your submission and contact you regarding your submission.
